چکیده
Abstract This study aimed to determine the optimal supplemental level of bacterial 6-phytase (CJ BIO, Korea) based on bone parameters, nutrient digestibility, and growth performance nursery pigs. Seventy-two weaned pigs (5.8 ± 0.5 kg BW) were allotted 6 treatments RCBD with initial BW sex as blocks fed in 3 phases (P1/P2/P3 for 14/10/14 d, respectively). The consisted a negative control diet without phytase formulated meeting requirements NRC, (2012). other 5 basal 0.12% Ca P deficient increased (0, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 FTU/kg feed). Titanium dioxide (0.4%) was added P3 diets an indigestible marker measure AID nutrients. On d 45, all euthanized collect ileal digesta AID, third metacarpus parameters. Data analyzed using SAS 9.4. supplementation from 0 950 feed (P < 0.05) ADG (0.32 0.40 kg/d). Increasing (linear, CP (76.8 79.5%), content (4.6 5.2% DM) ash (26.2 28.8%). (17.6 18.1% ash) 1,900 breaking strength (222 329 N). Phytase (0 vs. 1,000 FTU/kg) EE (65 73%), (79 84%). In conclusion, improved strength, content, performance. between provided most benefits performance, digestibility.

To compare the effectiveness of 2 phytase enzymes (Phyzyme and Natuphos), growth performance, fibula ash, and Ca and P digestibilities were evaluated in 4 studies. The first 3 studies used 832 pigs (i.e., 288 in the nursery phase, initial BW 8.1 kg; 288 in the grower phase, initial BW 24.2 kg; and 256 in the finisher phase, initial BW 57.8 kg) and were carried out over periods of 28, 42, and 60...
